The strips are excellent. Bleached. I order the second time. Before use, the teeth are better not to brush. The effect seems better, perhaps because of the protective layer that leaves the toothpaste behind.

I was very sceptical about stripes, but they really do make teeth whiter, but also make them sensitive, for this reason cannot use very often. To save them can cut ✂️ on half and use only on front side , which will make teeth whiter and will not irritate so much, and one pack can last for 2 applications.
